Intel enthusiasts who want more processing power than the average builder have probably looked a little into the 7th gen Kaby Lake-X CPUs. These require the slightly pricier X299 motherboard (~$50+ more than the Z270 series) but with a new coupon at Jet prices are coming down quite a bit. The Core i7-7740X is down to $307 at Jet after coupon - that's cheaper than the $340 most retailers are charging for the slower i7-7700K.

It's been over a month since the end of Steam's 2017 Summer Sale, but that doesn't mean the competition retailer are done launching Summer Sales of their own.
