As we head into the new year the PC gaming Winter sales have only gotten better. This week GMG pumped up the savings on their deals from a 10% off stacking coupon to a new 15% off stacking coupon plus extra instant savings on select titles. The result is new lows on Grand Theft Auto V, Civilization VI, Watch Dogs 2, the Metro Redux Bundle, and more.

GMG is not the only retailer competing with Steams behemoth sale, GamesPlanet also has a few offerings worth checking out. We're seeing the cheapest Doom, Fallout 4, and Dishonored 2. Their prices show up as British Pounds, but most titles can be bought world wide... and that's a huge advantage to US buyers since the British Pound has taken a beating this year compared to our dollar (partly why their prices are so good).

On the hardware front, NewEgg is launching a few good GPU deals. First up is a tri-fanned GTX 1070 dropping to $369.99. Now this is not the first time we've seen this price point, but since Cyber Monday the in-demand GTX 1070 under $400 has become a rare thing indeed.

Update: R9 380 is now expired :( but we've spotted an even cheaper GTX 1070 Founders Edition deal for $340 at Newegg. Plus Smasung Gear VR 2015 model is now only $49.
