Note that you don't have to use Krypton -- I used the ASUS Tinkerboard running Android -- but you could deploy a full linux machine with all sorts of challenge/response protocols to be your ssh agent.
The glass on the PC-011 was too thick, but it was easy enough to order a new piece of glass with the cutout for the 7" touch screen.
